•Requires active ovary and peritoneal adhesions
•Formed of non neoplastic mesothelial proliferation, “benigncystic mesotheliomas”
•Appear as complex, multicystic adnexal masses adherentsurface of ovary
–Can simulate neoplasm, hydrosalpinx, paraovarian cyst
•History of surgery, trauma ,infection, endometriosis
•Patients present with pain and/or mass
•Treatment: oral contraceptives, pain meds, aspiration
